BEST Webinar: Eco-acoustic monitoring applied to marine biodiversity conservation

The webinar “Eco-acoustic monitoring applied to marine biodiversity conservation”, organised by IUCN through PANORAMA and the BEST programmes, took place on 10 December.

This event was dedicated to initiatives that have developed eco-acoustic techniques for marine biodiversity conservation. By gathering experts from Macaronesia (Canary Archipelago) and Indian Ocean (Scattered Islands), the discussion enabled sharing good practices and facilitated dialogue among practitioners.

Thanks a lot to those who joined this online event and made it a success! For those who could not make it or would like to watch it again, the recording and the presentations are available online.
